Fall 2025: Within my marketing degree, with a few of my class members (credited in slides) within my MAR 255 course. We chose to research Salt City Market, a local food hall within downtown Syracuse. In this project, we researched what Salt City Market is currently lacking in and what are some possible solutions that can fix that.
Fall 2025: For my required course, Supply Chain Management, I worked on a supply chain case study with a few class members (credited in slides) within my SCM 265 class. We chose to research Toyota and did an in-depth SWOT analysis to highlight what Toyota is strong in and weak in, and discussed the opportunities they have in order to grow their supply chain management.
Spring 2026: MGT 248 was a required course I took in my second-year spring semester. It highlights how to be a manager within a business and the skills we need to obtain to succeed. For my final project, my team and I collected data from Siemens Energy to get a better understanding of their organizational culture and ethics, and what can be fixed for them to improve.
